We manage every step of the process for you. For instance, if you have purchased off the plan, we will attend your pre-settlement inspection, alerting you to anything we believe requires further attention from the developer.

A dedicated marketing plan is then applied to your apartment, designed to attract the most appropriate tenant. Three Sixtyº Property Group personally conduct all inspections of the property, enabling us to gauge first hand, the applicant’s appropriateness.

Information for tenants

The Three Sixty° property management team understand the needs of both landlords and tenants. We pride ourselves on our exceptional service and hands on approach which means our tenants are in great hands.

Paying your rent

DEFT Payment Systems is a quick, easy and secure way to pay your rent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Upon approval of your application, you will be issued a DEFT payment card with your personalised tenancy reference number.

 

Insurance

Please be aware that the landlord's property insurance does not cover tenant's personal belongings.  It is highly recommended that you take out your own content's insurance in case of theft or damage.

Keys

Our office usually has a spare set of each keys for each property which you may borrow during normal office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm) and return the same day (photo ID required).  In the event you lock yourself out of your apartment after hours, you will need to arrange a locksmith at your own cost.

 

Repairs & Maintenance

We request that you report any maintenance issues to our office as soon as possible.  Non urgent repairs should be submitted in writing on a 'Tenant Maintenance Request Form'.  For all urgent repairs, please contact your property manager immediately by phone.
